The Old Spaghetti Factory was founded by Guss and Sally Dussin in Portland, Oregon in 1969. Today, The OSF family extends from Honolulu to Louisville with 40 locations across 13 states. They even have two restaurants in Japan! The Sacramento location on J Street opened in 1978 in the former Western Pacific railway building constructed in 1909.
