The CSA Ministry of Prayer exists for one purpose: to hold you in the truth of who you are, especially when life makes that hard to see for yourself.
Our Licensed Practitioners are trained in Affirmative Prayer, also called Spiritual Mind Treatment, and are committed to standing with you in love, in confidence, and in the full conviction that healing and wholeness are always possible.

Submit a Prayer Request

You are welcome to submit a prayer request at any time. Anonymous requests are accepted. Your privacy is taken seriously — requests are held in strict confidence and are never shared without your permission.

What Is Affirmative Prayer?

Affirmative Prayer, also called Spiritual Mind Treatment, is not a petition or a plea. It is a declaration of spiritual truth. Rather than asking God to intervene from the outside, it is a practice of aligning ourselves with the love and wholeness that is already present — within us, around us, and available right now.

It is the difference between saying "please let this be okay" and declaring "this is already held in the goodness of God."

Our practitioners use a five-step structure for every treatment:

1. Recognition - Acknowledging that there is one Power and Presence in all of life, however you name it.

2. Unification - Declaring our oneness with that Power. We are not separate from God; we are expressions of it.

3. Realization - Speaking the desired truth into awareness. Not wishing for it, but claiming it as spiritually real right now.

4. Thanksgiving - Receiving with gratitude, as if it is already done. Because in Spirit, it is.

5. Release - Letting go completely, trusting that the work is done and the good is already in motion.

Write Your Own Treatment

One of the most powerful things you can do is write your own Affirmative Prayer. Using the five steps above as your guide, you can build a treatment that is personal, specific, and entirely yours.

It is not the words that make a prayer powerful. It is the feeling behind them.

Use the form below to write through each step. When you submit, a copy will be emailed to you to keep.
