Cost: donation suggested $20 or more. No one turned away if not able to donate.
The mindfulness retreat will consist of:
- Meditation
- Labyrinth Walk
- Creative Mandala Experience
- Meditative Movement
- Music
- Prayer
- Interactive Connection Experiences
- Verbal / Written Vision Board
- Sharing discussion of the day’s reveals
Bring something to place on the alter. Also bring items for your comfort such as: Pillows, Blanket, Yoga Mat, Water Bottle.
Snacks and light lunch will be provided.
