Workshop on Boundaries, Conflicts & Judgments in Community and/or Family
Do you have trouble holding boundaries in community or family?
What about handling difficult conversations and conflicts?
Do you feel like you’re being judged or judging others to the point where it gets in the way of relationships?
Could you use some tools for all of the above? Then this is the workshop for you.
In it, we will deal with what is in the room, clear judgments from and of others, role-play through real conflict-solving, learn the difference between a boundary and a barrier, some tricks for holding boundaries and more.
Sara’s influences in how to do all this are:
-
For judgments: Byron Katie’s The Work, Access Consciousness and the 12 steps.
-
For boundaries: the books Boundaries (in churches, families, dating, leadership) by Revs. Cloud and Townsend
-
For how to communicate about difficult subjects (resolve conflicts): The Imago Dialogue Process, and the St. Francis Prayer.
She will draw on them all in this workshop.
