The activities will include: a Song Circle, Dancing, Poetry, Yoga, Acting, Painting, Beading, Floral Arrangement, and more, all facilitated by experienced professionals.

Officially celebrated on June 19th, Juneteenth is the oldest-known celebration marking the end of slavery in the United States, first recognized by the state of Texas in 1865. On June 17, 2021, President Joseph R. Biden signed the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act, designating Juneteenth as a federal holiday.
