Every third Sunday at 12:45pm starting December 21, 2025
Bring your drums, your rattles, your songs, even your hands and your feet, to come together to create a harmonious beat. If you’re new to drumming, welcome! If you don’t have a drum or rattle, welcome! We will have the mother drum as well as extra individual drums and rattles available to use.
Beating a drum is so much more than making noise. Drumming can be beneficial to our body, mind, and emotions. In addition, a coherent beat creates an energy of harmony which moves beyond the walls of the room, out into the world.
In the month of December, we will be honoring the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year. It’s the perfect time to go within and contemplate those things you may be ready to let go of or change in your life. We will also celebrate the return of the light that happens the next day!
