DEER CREEK TRIBUTE TRAIL

This trail memorializes the early contributions of native Nisenan and Chinese people to the history of this place. A suspension bridge – Nisenan Tribute Bridge or “Anqkula Seo” spans a beautiful section of Deer Creek, connecting to the Environs Trail on the other side.
Get to know this 3.4-mile out-and-back trail. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 1-1/2 hours to complete. Dogs are welcome.
Meet us there or join a carpool from CSA at 7:30am or Golfland/Sunsplash at 8am. Gather at 300 Spring St. at 8:45am. Hike begins at 9am. There are several good places to eat after like Heartwood Eatery that opens at 10am with soups, bowls, salads, and toasts.
